How can I make a return?
To make a return you must check that the item is in perfect condition and packaged, and that no more than 30 days have elapsed since the date of purchase. Our team will streamline the procedures so that you can make a return in the shortest possible time. You must request a collection from the contact form of the store. After verifying that the return is on time, we will send it to a carrier within 24-48 business hours. You don't need to print shipping labels.
How can I make a change?
To make an exchange you must return the item you wish to exchange and purchase the appropriate size or model again.
What is the deadline to make a return?
The term for any return is 30 days from the date of purchase.
Do I have to pay anything for my return?
Returns within the deadline are always free for the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. We will send a carrier to collect your return at no cost to you. For Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands the cost of the return will be €35.00.
How will I receive the amount of my refund?
Once the package is received in our warehouse, we will verify that it is in perfect condition and with all its labels. You will receive the amount of the returned products through the same payment method with which you made your purchase. One-way freight, if it had been paid, is not refunded.
What should I do if the amount of my refund is incorrect?
If you consider that the amount returned is not correct, contact us through the contact form of the online store or by writing us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our customer service will try to solve your problem as soon as possible. pilicarrera.net reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the deadline or garments that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.
